Evaluation
The economic and accounting environment increasingly leads managers to question the value of the company and its assets. Accounting regulations accelerate this process within the framework of IAS/IFRS international standards through the establishment of annual valuation tests. But companies also rely on outside evaluators to ensure secure transactions, both in the financial and tax fields (acquisition, restructuring, transfers, etc.) Our evaluation services aim to help companies value their assets and increase the reliability of their strategic decisions.
Evaluation of companies that are not publicly traded
We offer a genuine approach to valuing medium-size non-publicly traded companies. This approach is mainly based on two methods: the comparables technique and the discounted free cash flow method.
Evaluation of intangible assets
We have developed a valuation approach adapted for intangible assets, which primarily arises in acquisitions. This approach is primarily based on two methods: risk assessment using a scoring system adapted to intangible assets being valued, and a translation of this analysis when calculating the discount rate.
Our evaluations are mainly based on an analysis of future cash flow arising from these assets.
