History

Established in 1974, RSM CCI Conseils is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (the French national accountancy body) and the Compagnie régionale des Commissaires aux Comptes (the regional association of statutory auditors). Starting from a solid regional presence, today its missions are both national and international in scope.
In 2004, CCI Conseils took part in establishing the RSM France network, a member of RSM International, and shortly thereafter adopted the name RSM CCI Conseils.

Today the firm includes several multidisciplinary teams which, in the scope of their audit, accounting and consulting work, have developed specific product lines to provide in depth support to companies.

Our organisation

Led by a team of 11 senior partners and 2 junior partners, RSM CCI Conseils has 130 employees, including 8 professional accountants, in its Lyon, Villefranche-sur-Saône and Chambéry offices.

Despite this significant size, we maintain close contact with our customers by organising into “working groups” Each working group is made up of a team of employees, led by one or more partners.

Each group has general expertise and has also developed specific skills, providing them with a specialist role within the company. These skills relate either to a line of service, to knowledge of a business sector, or to both. Our corporate clients’ managers can thus rely on the availability and responsiveness of a single partner who has mastered the specific characteristics of their business sector.

Our network

Membership in the RSM France and RSM International networks enables us to support our clients’ growth both in France and abroad. RSM International, the 6th largest global corporate services network, is a network of independent firms. It is present in 700 offices across 70 countries, with a workforce of more than 32,000 professionals.

Our teams

RSM CCI Conseils’ partners and employees generally hold secondary school, business school and/or university diplomas, sometimes supplemented by an accounting degree. They follow a multi-year training course to broaden their knowledge and enhance their skills.
